Control values report
You can get an overview of all registered control values in tracezilla via the control value report. Controls is part of the add-on Tasks & controls and is registered when performing a master task.
Use the filters on the left side to specify what information you would like to see in the report. You can read more about the report’s columns below.
Column name | Description |
---|---|
Task, Reference code | Shows the reference code that you have added to the master task. |
Task, Name | Shows the name of the master task. |
Collection, Type | Shows where the task appears automatically, e.g. on a partner, a product lot or an order and, if so, which order type. |
Collection, Number | Shows the number of the order/partner/lot on which the task was performed. |
Collection, Label | If the task is related to a partner, the company name is shown here. If the task is related to a product lot, the name of the SKU is displayed here. |
Entity, Type | Shows whether the task is associated with an order, partner or lot line. |
Entity, Number | Shows the number of the associated order, partner, lot. |
Entity, Label | If the task is related to a lot or lot line, the name of the SKU is shown here. |
Start time | Shows the date and time of the task appearance. |
End time | Shows the registered end time of the task with date and time. |
Assigned to | Displays the name of the user to whom the task is assigned. |
Resource, Reference code | Shows the reference code of the resource. |
Resource, Name | Shows the name of the resource. |
Completed | Shows Yes if the task is completed. |
“Control Value” | The column header shows the name of the control value that has been registered, while the registered value is shown in the rows below. |
