What does Feel Good Company do?

In Feel Good Company, we make snack bars under the RATION brand. We sell to supermarket chains and convenience chains in Denmark as well as several European countries. We also have a webshop where we make direct sales to consumers and companies.

Why did you choose tracezilla?

Feel Good Company is growing very much at the moment, and we have entered many new markets. When we were faced with having to deliver our first order to one of the large, Danish supermarket chains, we simply needed control over things. We couldn’t keep up with the setup we had.

tracezilla gives us the certainty that things are under control - especially as regards traceability and dates. This is important so that we can concentrate on developing our business with the customers.

Which functionality matters most to you?

tracezilla has a really good forecasting feature, that makes it easy to plan purchases and production based on our expected sales. We can plan many months ahead, and we always have a good overview of what we have on stock and which orders we have in pipeline.

Good forecasting is something that is difficult for many companies. It is expensive to produce too much - but even more expensive to produce too little. tracezillas forecasting feature is a tool that makes a real difference to us.
