About the integration
Fortnox offers a cloud-based platform so that small business owners and accounting firms can manage their finances and administration efficiently. Fortnox has a well-functioning integration to tracezilla.
The integration ensures that master data is automatically synchronized between the two systems, so that they only need to be maintained in one place. Master data that is synchronized are customers, suppliers and product types.
When you create an invoice in tracezilla, a copy will automatically be created in Fortnox in the same operation. The invoice will be automatically posted to the relevant Fortnox sales account, so you do not have to handle the invoice in more than one place.
You can transfer the inventory value calculated in tracezilla to Fortnox on a monthly basis so that the inventory value in the accounts is adjusted.
It is also possible to get a calculation of your stock value and your cost prices in tracezilla based on your expense documents in Fortnox. The expense vouchers are transferred to the tracezilla and matched with the relevant order or item in the tracezilla.
